Important Notice
We confirmed that some ILCE-7RM5 cameras may not start up due to a failed firmware update to Ver. 3.00 . We are currently investigating the cause and suspending the update until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If your camera is already updated to Ver. 3.00 and starts up normally, it’s fine to continue using it.
