A source (thank you!) has sent me the first pictures of the new Sony 400-800mm f/6.3-8.0 lens in FULL SIZE. It really does look almost like a copy of the current Sony 200-600mm G lens . I was told that the 400-800mm is a little bit bigger and heavier than the 200-600mm. The weight is said to be around 2.5kg. I have no information on pricing….I’m guessing it will be in the neighbourhood of $2,500…what do you think?

These are the two lenses that Sony will announce before the Cp+ how (perhaps on 26 February):
If you also have images of the new 16mm lens use this contact box or via sonyalpharumors@gmail.com . And of course…I want to know what’s coming after those two lenses…the Sony A7v?
