An anonymous source told me that on September 22, Sony USA may raise the prices of cameras, lenses, and accessories by up to 10%. I hope this turns out to be wrong — but since other manufacturers have recently increased their prices, there’s a real chance Sony will follow.

So if you’ve got something on your wishlist, it might be safer to order now rather than wait until after September 22 -> Sony cameras/lenses at BHphoto , Amazon , Adorama .
