The Indonesian certification agency has registered a new Sony camera under the code “ WW824259 .” The device is manufactured in Thailand, just like the current Sony A7 IV. This model is almost certainly the upcoming Sony A7 V , which is expected to be announced in mid-November and begin shipping around January or February.

I still haven’t been able to confirm whether the A7 V will use the same 33MP sensor found in the A7 IV. Below is a photo of me doing my best to convince Sony to give us a new 33MP partially stacked sensor for the A7 V :)
