Curiosity: Samyang will launch some of their lenses in space
The Japanese Pronews organization had a chat with Samyang manager Lee Jae-jiin. He said this:
A SpaceX rocket carrying our lenses is scheduled to be launched on a trial basis within this year. Going forward, we will develop our business based on two pillars: interchangeable lenses and industrial lenses, based on optical technology. The company name LK stands for “Leading Korea,” and it conveys our aim to become Korea’s leading optical manufacturer.

New Sony camera announcement in May 21
I can now confirm that Sony will be announcing a new E-mount camera on 21 May. Like I told you before, it will not be a new Sony A7IV successor that is coming. There are rumors that this camera has a new tilting EVF design similar to the GX8 .
I had some hopes to get a new version of this eight year old(!) GM lens . But there is no sign for that yet.

By end of May Sony will announce a new Full Frame E-mount camera.. A new source told me that this new Sony camera will have a tilting EVF that works like on this Lumix camera . I’m still waiting for confirmation from trusted sources about this. But it would definitely be cool if it turns out to be true!
