Sony has registered a new product code in China. But this device “WW030588” does not support WiFI, so it might be a new Bluetooth microphone and not a camera. But don’t worry: in early December Sony registered a new camera with the code “WW773396.” So there is definitely a new camera that will be announced in the next 1-2 months–and it is very likely to be the Sony A7V.

You may have noticed the new Sony A1II is out of Stock everywhere in USA ( BHphoto , Amazon , Adorama ) and Europe ( FotoErhardt , FotoKoch , Calumet , WexUK ). Sony Japan issued a statement saying that the number of preorders was higher than expected and that this will delay the delivery of preorders. Now we have two updates:

• Adorama reports the A1II will be back in Stock in March
• FotoErhardt reports “expected delivery time is over 1 month(s).”

Another sources told me that Sony is likely to release a new “G” lens in February. And it is related to this lens and this lens . What do you make out of this info? ;)
