Opticallimits tested the Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 E-mount lens and concluded:

If you are looking for a fast, reasonably priced and very compact standard zoom for street photography or family events, the Sigma will tick a lot of boxes. It doesn’t deliver the ultimate in image quality, but if that’s your goal, you’ll have to invest quite a bit more.

Meike 85mm f/1.4 STM lens image and specs

Meike displayed this new 85mm f/1.4 STM lens. The image shows the Z-mount version but there will be also Sony E, Leica L and Canon RF compatible lenses.

We saw the black finished prototype months ago (see image below). Now we see the white version and also got some specs:

New FX30 firmware update does kill the third party battery support?

Hi Andreas hope your well, just a bit of info I think you might find interesting; I just updated my fx30 to version 3.00 to try out the new sony monitor and control app. And the camera now rejects 3rd party batteries, well you can still use them but you get a warning pop up then it removes the battery percentage if you choose continue to use.
