In an interview with Photorend Canon confirmed the R1 is in development. This camera is not coming soon, more likely in 2024 and will compete against the future Sony A1II. I still have no clue about the possible specs of the R1 or the A1II. Comment this post to let Sony know what you want to get on the Sony A1II.

Correction:
A trusted source told me the specs of the new ZV-E1 camera but he said the camera name was “ZV-E”. But after posting my article another source said the camera name is “ZV-E1”. So maybe the first source only made a typing error and forgot to add the “1”. Just so you know that I am now a bit uncertain about the name yet “ Sony ZV-E1 ” or “ Sony ZV-E “?

I can finally confirm that on March 29 we will get the new Sony ZV-E . This will be Sony’s first Full Frame E-mount Blogger focused camera. Here are the specs I think are 99,999% correct :)
