Brampton man, 19, charged in alleged sexual assault at Vaughan amusement park
York Regional Police (YRP) say a 19-year-old man has been charged with sexual assault following an alleged incident at an amusement park in Vaughan.
Police said that on May 25, a female youth was at the amusement park with her friends, and while she was boarding a ride, she was allegedly sexually assaulted by a ride operator as he conducted safety checks.

Driver fled scene after striking person with car in North York: police

Toronto police say a man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in North York on Thursday.
It happened at around 4:48 p.m. at Jane Street and Falstaff Avenue.
In a tweet, Toronto Police said a driver exited his vehicle for some reason and was struck by oncoming traffic.
