Well, finally the wall of resistance is breaking down and the Sony A1 has gotten its first price cut of 500 euros at Sony France . Yesterday I reported that I “feared” the Sony A1II would be pretty much be a conservative facelift. Overnight two trusted sources (thanks!) confirmed the Sony A1II will indeed have:

• Same A1 sensor
• Same 30fps as the predecessor
• Same 8k30p as the predecessor
