Police hunt underway for suspect in Mississauga stabbing
Peel Regional Police are searching for an unknown man who is wanted in connection with an overnight stabbing in Mississauga.
Officers were called to the area of Dixie Road and Eglinton Avenue just after 1:30 a.m. on Saturday.
When they arrived at the scene, police found a victim with serious injuries. They were transported to a trauma centre for treatment. Their condition is unknown.
Detectives are searching for one suspect who is described as a Black male who is approximately five-foot-11.

A man was rushed to a hospital overnight following a stabbing in North York.
Police were called to the area of Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue East just after 1:30 a.m. on Saturday.
When officers arrived at the scene, they located a man with injuries, and he was transported to a hospital in non-life-threatening condition.
Police have not released any suspect description and say an investigation is ongoing.
